Kadecia Ber –  Promise12 Search Leader 

Kadecia is a revenue and strategy leader with a 17-year track record of building and scaling high-performing teams, driving transformative growth, and shaping strategic initiatives for complex organizations including serving as Senior Director at Yelp, where she built and led multiple large-scale teams. Her career spans senior leadership roles in digital advertising, enterprise account management, and multi-location solutions, including launching and scaling new departments, leading large teams, and managing portfolios exceeding $20M annually.  Kadecia first connected with the PromiseONE team while completing her Executive MBA at the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.  Today, Kadecia is pursuing business ownership leading the Promise12 Search, stepping into the next phase of her leadership journey: acquiring and operating a small business with long-term potential.  Kadecia’s LinkedIN
