Prior to forming TBE and PromiseONE, Mr. Shaw served as President/CEO of NCS Healthcare, a publicly traded institutional pharmacy. He co-founded NCS in 1986, led its public offering and ran the company until its sale in 2003. At NCS, Mr. Shaw acquired in excess of 50 companies. Prior to NCS, he was employed by McKinsey & Company and Owens Corning Fiberglass. He serves on the board of Erie Plastics, Federal Process Company, and several private companies. Mr. Shaw will participate in the management of the acquired company as a member of the Board. Mr. Shaw is a graduate of Harvard College (BA) and Stanford Graduate School of Business (MBA).

Mr. Lowry also gained financial and operations management experience with real-estate development, construction management and health care information systems businesses. His experience is with companies ranging in size from start-ups to $100+ million private companies. Mr. Lowry will participate directly in the senior management of the acquired company. Former President of Ultra Electronics Audiopack, a leader in the design and manufacture of communications systems for demanding environments. Mr. Adams acquired Audiopack in 1995 and grew it from 7 employees to over 130 employees. Audiopack was acquired by Ultra Electronics, a publicly traded UK aerospace and defense company in July 2005. Prior to acquiring AudioPack, Mr. Adams was COO of Actron Manufacturing Co., a Cleveland producer of automotive test equipment. He also gained management experience at Grid Systems Inc., one of the first Silicon Valley laptop computer makers. Mr. Adams is a graduate of Harvard College (BA) and Stanford Graduate School of Business (MBA).

Prior to acquiring CCG, Ms. Lindsay had over 13 years of successful operations and management experience, including CEO of the Hillmed Group of companies, where she grew sales from $6 million to $16 million. She is the current Managing Director of the Promise Partners organization. Ms. Lindsay is a graduate of the University of Akron (BS) and the Weatherhead School of Management at CWRU (MBA).

Mr. Morris has over 17 years of management and mergers and acquisition experience with Colonnade, as an executive with NCS Healthcare, as owner of an internet startup, and as a partner specializing in mergers and acquisitions with Calfee, Halter & Griswold LLP. He is a past Managing Director of the Promise Partners organization. Mr. Morris is a graduate of Trinity College (BA) and CWRU School of Law (JD).
